Refund policy

At Sur Coffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your bag of coffee beans for any reason, please reach out to our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll gladly assist you in resolving any issues, whether it's a refund, replacement, or store credit. To initiate the process, please provide us with your order details and a brief explanation of the problem.

Please note that we can only accept returns or provide refunds for unopened and unused bags of coffee beans. We are unable to offer refunds on products that have been opened or partially consumed due to their perishable nature. In the case of damaged or incorrect items, please provide photographic evidence along with your complaint.

Sur Coffee reserves the right to assess each refund request on a case-by-case basis. We strive to process refunds within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase.
