Ethiopia - Neja Fadil
This beautiful lot comes from 45 smallholder farmers near Tobitu Tuta and is processed at Neja Fadil’s washing station, high up in the mountains at 2,150 meters. Several years ago we traveled to Ethiopia and had the chance to meet Neja in person — a former local soccer star turned coffee producer, whose passion and care shine through in every step of the process.
Costa Rica - Diego Guardia
Hacienda Sonora is a 100‑hectare, family‑run coffee estate on Costa Rica’s fertile volcanic slopes, where 65 ha of shade‑grown coffee, 10 ha of sugarcane, and 25 ha of protected forest flourish at 1,200 m under the canopy of exotic trees.
Nourished by mineral‑rich Poás Volcano soil and powered entirely by on‑site, hydro‑generated renewable energy, the farm produces exceptionally flavorful, sustainably grown coffees that we’re proud to share.
