We are seeking a passionate and strategic Marketing & Communications Manager to collaborate with our team and coordinate our marketing initiatives, develop scalable systems, and elevate our brand across multiple platforms.

Position Summary:

The Marketing & Communications Manager will develop and oversee marketing strategies, social media, email campaigns, events, collaborations, and public relations. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership, and a keen eye for administrative details to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing systems and strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Oversee and manage all marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, events,
• and collaborations.
• Organize content creation and storytelling efforts to engage and grow our audience.
• Manage public relations efforts and maintain strong media relationships.
• Coordinate marketing partnerships and collaborations to expand reach.
• Analyze and report on marketing performance, optimizing strategies as needed.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communications and materials.
• Work closely with leadership to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or 2-5 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong project management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
• Proven leadership experience in managing marketing campaigns and teams.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with social media management, email marketing, and event planning.
• Knowledge of PR strategies and media relations is a plus.
