This masterpiece requires part genius, creativity, and a lot of hard work. The genius comes from Jose Humberto’s father, whose background is in agrochemistry. His knowledge, paired with Jose Humberto’s creativity and out-of-the-box thinking, created this secret family recipe. Their innovative process is unique, producing a fantastic coffee full of juicy citrus and chocolate notes. They use a yellow Catuai varietal carefully selected and grown at over 5,200 feet in the small mountain town of Mataquescuintla.  Their family has grown coffee here for generations, with each generation improving upon the former.

About the Coffee

The family recipe for this exceptional coffee was developed by Jose Humberto and his father, who has a background in agrochemistry. Their unique process combines the father's knowledge with Jose Humberto's creativity and innovative thinking. The result is a delicious coffee with delightful hints of citrus and chocolate. They use only the finest yellow Catuai varietal, meticulously grown in the small mountain town of Mataquescuintla at an altitude of over 5,200 feet.
